BiolaHub Alumni Engagement Platform

Client Biola University wanted to drive users to their new alumni engagement platform. We led a series of user interviews and talks to gain insights from alumni and soon to graduate seniors on what resources and experiences they'd like from the university. We gathered insights from over 250 graduating seniors, over 100 alumni, and over 20 staff to inform a marketing and content strategy. The goal was to provide value to alumni while driving users to the platform. The result, we exceeded the university's original sign-up targets, and helped the platform launch with high user engagement.
